By purchasing products or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Curves by DC operates as a post-surgery massage and wellness service provider in London, offering a variety of services, including post-surgery massage, lymphatic drainage massage, and sales of waist trainers and body-shaping products. These terms apply to all customers, both online and in-person, who book services, purchase products, or engage with our business in any way.

2. Services

  • Post-Surgery Massage Services: All post-surgery massage services are provided by trained and certified professionals. It is your responsibility to inform our team about any medical conditions, allergies, or special concerns before your session. By booking a service, you acknowledge that you are physically able to undergo the treatment and are not suffering from any contraindications.

  • Waist Trainers and Products: Waist trainers sold by Curves by DC are designed to enhance your post-surgery recovery or support body contouring efforts. Sizes and fit should be carefully selected. If unsure, please consult with a member of our team for advice. Curves by DC is not liable for any discomfort, injury, or other issues arising from the misuse of waist trainers.

3. Booking and Cancellations

  • Booking Appointments: Appointments for massage services must be booked in advance through our website, over the phone, or in person. By booking an appointment, you agree to adhere to the scheduled time. If you are late, we may need to shorten your session to respect the schedule of other clients.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply. No-shows will be charged in full for the appointment.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for an appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure that the following appointments are not disrupted. Full payment will still be required.

4. Payment and Pricing

  • Payment Methods: Payments for services and products must be made at the time of booking or upon receiving services. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, etc.

  • Pricing: Prices for services and products are subject to change at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you before the service or product is purchased.

5. Product Returns and Exchanges

  • Waist Trainers and Products: Waist trainers and other purchased products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange.

Please note the cost of redelivery is at the customer's expense.

  • All items are posted from the UK

  • First Class Tracked with Royal Mail

  • We use Royal Mail and email you once the package is on its way.

Due to the nature of the garment, we do not accept any returns on our:

  • * Gluteus Enhancers

  • * Thong shapers

  • * Shapers with the crotch area

  • * Bras * Gel and body wrap

  • * Clearance/sale items

  • * Free gifts

You should consult with your doctor or healthcare provider before undergoing any treatments, especially if you have a pre-existing condition or recent surgery.

  • Post-Surgery Care: It is essential to follow all post-surgery instructions provided by your surgeon in conjunction with our aftercare recommendations. Curves by DC is not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow medical advice or misuse of products.

  • Personal Information: Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purposes of booking appointments, processing transactions, and providing you with the best service. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

  • Confidentiality: All client records, including health information, are kept confidential and stored securely. Your privacy is a top priority.

  • Service Limitations: While our team is highly trained and committed to providing quality services, we cannot guarantee specific results from any massage or product used. Results may vary based on individual factors.

  • Waiver of Liability: Curves by DC is not liable for any injuries, discomfort, or adverse reactions resulting from massage treatments or products, including waist trainers. By using our services, you agree to release Curves by DC from any liability for harm or injury arising from your participation in treatments or use of products.
